Terms of service

The service
Tourgram is an assistant for travel agencies. It works in a chat app and helps with rates, contracts, bookings, quotes, documents, reminders, payment links and reports. These terms are between [Legal entity name] ("we") and the business that opens an account ("you").
Who can use it
The service is for businesses. You confirm that you can sign for your business and that the people you add are allowed to act for it.
Your data
Your data stays yours. You allow us to process it to run the service. You are responsible for having the right to use it, including telling your guests how their data is used. Data processing forms part of these terms.
The assistant can be wrong
The assistant uses AI. It asks when something is unclear and does not invent values, but it can still make mistakes. Check what it prepares before you rely on it, above all prices, dates, amounts and anything you send to a guest or a supplier.
Payments
Payment links are processed by a licensed payment partner. Money goes to your own connected account, not through ours. Fees, refunds and chargebacks are between you, the partner and your customer. The exact model is confirmed before launch.
Other services
The assistant works through Telegram, later WhatsApp, and through suppliers and channel managers you connect. Their own terms apply, and their availability is outside our control.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to send spam, to reach what is not yours, or to disturb the service or other customers. Keep your access details secret.
Plans and fees
There is a free plan and paid plans. We tell you about prices and changes before they apply. Taxes are added where required.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service running and to fix faults quickly. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, there is no guaranteed uptime.
Confidentiality and rights
We keep your rates, contracts and bookings confidential and use them only to run the service for you. We own the service and its code. You own your content. You may export your data at any time.
Liability
We are responsible as the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend it for serious breaches of these terms, after warning you where we can. After closing, you can export your data, and we delete it as the privacy policy says.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you before it applies. These terms are governed by [Governing law and courts].
